Ralph Jocham is the Founder and CEO of effective agile., a consulting company dedicated to delivering high-impact agile coaching, training, and transformation services. With a pragmatic and experience-based approach, Ralph has helped companies of all sizes—startups to enterprises—unlock real business value through agility.

Before founding his company, Ralph made history as Europe’s first Professional Scrum Trainer for Scrum.org and was directly mentored by Ken Schwaber, co-creator of Scrum. Ralph has since led more than 700 workshops across the globe, equipping over 10,000 professionals with the mindset and tools necessary to lead in complex, fast-changing environments.
